At MRET, we are committed to providing a solid support system for our agents to succeed in the real estate industry. Our training manual requires agents to engage in practical tasks to demonstrate their understanding and knowledge of the concepts taught. We focus on habits that drive success, lead generation, and wealth-building strategies.
When you start off in real estate, it is much like a plane during takeoff: you would think the pilot was crazy if they didn’t give it full throttle. You must give it 100 PERCENT FULL THROTTLE to get it off the ground. The gas in real estate is LEAD GENERATION, whether you call on the phone, knock on doors, attend networking meetings, or conduct open houses. You MUST do it daily to make the money you choose to make, and we're here to support you along your career journey.
Most agents get into real estate for wealth, flexibility, and freedom. Remember, wealth doesn’t come without discipline, and discipline creates the habits that will give you freedom.
A minimum of 4 open houses per month (given market conditions).
Prospect for 10-15 hours weekly, practice scripts for 1 1/2 hours weekly, and respond to incoming leads within 5 minutes.
All contacts should be entered into the team CRM, Brivity, and consistently followed up per team guidelines. Submit a daily numbers report to Carl.
Team members are expected to close a minimum of 12 transactions in Year 1, 20 or more in Year 2, and 30 or more in Year 3.
It is anticipated that each team member has a minimum of 200 contacts in their database in order to participate in agent launch through PLACE. All leads generated and/or provided must be immediately entered into Brivity and contacted consistently.
One-on-one accountability sessions with TL or Accountability Leader. Commit to cooperating with the Admin Support Team on agent-specific tasks in a timely fashion.

Welcome to the Medford Real Estate Team (MRET)! Our 90-day onboarding process is designed to set you up for a successful career in real estate. During this period, you will be given structured tasks, training sessions, and valuable activities that provide a solid foundation for your future success.
In the first 30 days, you'll focus on understanding real estate fundamentals. You'll be introduced to lead generation, CRM tools, and open house basics. This period is about getting acquainted with core activities and building confidence.
In the next 30 days, you will deepen your skills in prospecting and lead management. You'll practice scripts, attend team meetings, and start managing your own leads. This is where you'll start seeing the fruits of your efforts in action.
The final 30 days are all about mastering your craft. You'll be given more autonomy to host open houses, close transactions, and contribute meaningfully to the team. By the end of this phase, you'll be ready to operate confidently as a MRET agent.
